The transition process between Congressman-Elect and Congressman required new photographs for the official website. None of the photos that were used by the campaign could be used for the official site.
The design of the official website requires a photo of Beto isolated from the background so it could be overlaid on another image. To accomplish this, the portrait was shot against a simple white wall.
